product benchmarking, product optimisation, concept assessment, ingredient & packaging assessment, product claim
support & packaging & branding research. Our unique ‘Consumer Express’ option combines tasting & focus group discussions in an extremely cost effective all-in package.

Home Use Testing (HUT)

Home Use Tests (HUT) provide feedback from a more natural & authentic consumer experience. Tests can be run over
a number of days or weeks to highlight peaks or troughs in levels of consumer acceptance.
HUT feedback is via customised online questionnaires.

Sensory Profiling

Sensory Profiling uses trained panellists to assess any products against key parameters. This takes the ‘liking’ out of the
analysis, focusing instead on assessing products through objective measurements allowing products to be modified or
tweaked for improved consumer acceptance. Suitable for food & non food ‘consumer experiences’.
Sensory Profiling provides not only the what, but also the why, & the how to product optimisation.

Online Research

Online research is particularly useful when trying to reach large target audiences quickly & efficiently. Custom
questionnaires are created for each project, including images & over 30 different question types. Our popular
“Ula’s Oscars” competition ensures anything from 400 to 1000+ responses. Also used for consumer panel screening.

Claim Support

Claim support is an excellent tool for increasing consumer awareness & increasing sales. Consumer endorsements can
