The purpose of this consumer research project is to taste test a soft drink. Your participation in this consumer research project is voluntary.
Before you can participate in this consumer research project, we would like you to understand that it will involve products, packaging and/or concepts which may be confidential.
By participating in this consumer research project and clicking the “agree” button below you agree as follows:
- Your participation in this consumer research project is voluntary.
- You will hold in confidence any information about the consumer research project to include information relating to the products, packaging and/or concepts that may be disclosed to you directly or indirectly and will not discuss the consumer research project with anyone – this includes verbal discussions, texts, blogs, twitters or any other communication medium.
- You acknowledge and agree that the test product is only to be consumed by you as the person agreeing to participate in the study and no one else.
- You confirm that you have no food intolerances or allergies that would prevent you from taking part in a consumer research study involving the consumption of carbonated soft drinks.
- You confirm that the information you provided as part of the application to participate in this consumer research project is true and accurate.
- You will be compensated for your time, commitment, and obligations of confidentiality.
